Image Licence & Usage Rights

All photographs are authored by Alexandru Bogdan. The usage rights are held by WELO MEDIA STUDIOS S.R.L., trading as “Aktfotograf Wien”.

Without express written permission, no use is permitted. This applies in particular to:

• Reproduction, download or storage beyond ordinary viewing in a browser
• Publication on websites, social networks, print or advertising media
• Editing, cropping, retouching or alteration, including watermark removal
• Use as training data for machine learning or generative AI systems
• Redistribution, sub-licensing or resale to third parties

The photographs depict real people who consented to publication on this website and its associated channels only. Any use beyond that infringes both copyright and the personality rights of the people depicted.

Licences for editorial or commercial use are granted in writing on a case-by-case basis. Please send your request to info@aktfotograf-wien.at or call +43 660 845 9895.

To prepare a quote we need:

• The file name or a link to the image in question
• Intended use (editorial, advertising, internal)
• Medium and reach (print run, website, social media)
• Licence term and territory

Requests are normally answered within 48 hours. A licence takes effect only once confirmed in writing; an unanswered request does not constitute permission.

Clients receive the usage rights to the images from their own shoot as set out in their contract and in the terms and conditions — normally a simple, non-transferable right of private, non-commercial use. This page governs only third-party use of the portfolio images shown publicly here.

In the event of unauthorised use we reserve the right to injunctive relief, disclosure and damages under the Austrian Copyright Act (UrhG). Where the required attribution is missing, a surcharge on the customary fee may additionally be claimed.
